Alex Grosso is a school-based and clinic-affiliated behavior analyst specializing in early intervention behavioral therapy, developmental disabilities, and family connections. He has been a behavior analyst and behavior technician in clinic and school settings. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys working out, playing video games, traveling, and spending time with his three Dachshunds. Alex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with his Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

Ann Potter is an instructional coach specializing in early childhood development, play-based instruction, and early elementary instructional practices. She has been a reading specialist, general education co-teacher, inclusion teacher for students with emotional disorders, extended school day lead teacher, grade-level technology lead, and paraprofessional supporting elementary technology instruction, but she started her career as a software engineer for a computer consulting firm. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and has continued to support her community as a reading tutor and daycare provider. Ann is an Instructional Coach for Early Learners with her Bachelors in Business Administration, Master of Science in Management, and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

Candace McCoy is a school-based behavior technician and assistant organizational development specialist specializing in social, emotional, and behavioral challenges experienced by preteen and adolescent student populations as well as organizational behavior management. She has been a restaurant manager, travel agent, bartender, and paraprofessional in the private and public sectors. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family of young men. Candace is a Registered Behavior Technician with college coursework in education and interpretation.

Carly Dietz is a behavior analyst specializing in functional communication skills, nurturing social interactions, assisting families in managing behaviors effectively, and supervising future behavior analysts. She has worked collaboratively with the whole therapeutic service team in clinic, school, and home settings where she is known for her energy, positivity, and genuine passion for making a difference. Carly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with her Bachelors in Psychology: Early Childhood Education and her Masters in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis.

Christopher Zielinski is a school-based consultant, school psychologist, and administrator specializing in criminal justice, at-risk youth, autism spectrum and emotional disorders, and public policy. He has been a long-term substitute teacher, school psychologist, lead psychologist, behavior analyst, autism/behavior consultant, and assistant superintendent in the public education sector as well as a coordinator in the state and federal criminal justice systems. Outside of his professional work, he has his hands full with three amazing daughters and a motivated, intelligent, and wonderful wife. Chris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with his Bachelor of Arts in Public Law and Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Specialist in School Psychology, and Director of Special Education endorsement.

Claire Kijewski is a behavior technician specializing in low-incidence student populations, autism spectrum disorders, targeted communication skills, structured social interactions, and collaborative teaming. She has worked closely with a variety of multidisciplinary teams in clinic settings where she established rapport with her clients and their families. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, journaling, and watching her favorite comfort tv shows, and golfing in the summer. Claire is a Registered Behavior Technician with her Bachelors in Applied Behavior Analysis minoring in Human Psychology + Development and Early Childhood Youth + Family Studies, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Heather Barberio is a program coordinator and administrative assistant specializing in organizational growth and development, quality relations with industry partners, event planning, professional editing, and creative content design. She has been a program coordinator, administrative assistant, program assistant, membership and programs specialist, and director of leadership development and member relations for various environmental related entities in government, private, and nonprofit sectors. Regardless of role or industry, she has always been passionate about healthy and wholesome child development, quality mental healthcare, and restoration. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys painting, reading, hiking, camping, and kayaking while being a mom of three and a wife to her multi-talented husband who is a licensed mental health counselor. Heather is an Executive Assistant with her Bachelors in Biology with a minor in Spanish.

Heather Volchko is a school-based consultant and program evaluator specializing in emotional and behavioral disorders, trauma-informed behavior analysis, organizational behavior management, and leadership psychology. She has been a coordinator, teacher, and paraprofessional in therapeutic, alternative, self-contained, resource, and correctional settings. Outside of her professional work, she has worked abroad with various international education organizations as well as stateside with organizations facilitating upward mobility with disadvantaged populations. Heather is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with her Bachelors in Special Education, Masters in Educational Psychology, and is currently pursuing her PhD.

Lathyrelle Isler is a psychologist specializing in social-emotional learning, early intervention, emotional disturbance, ADHD, autism, and down syndrome. She has been a program supervisor, academic coordinator, behavior specialist, case management coordinator, school psychologist, job coach, and mentor in school, healthcare, and community organization settings. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the music scene. Lathyrelle is a school psychologist with her Masters of Science in Education in School Psychology and a respecialization certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Manny Huecias is a school-based behavior technician and online community host specializing in social, emotional, and behavioral challenges experienced by elementary aged student populations. He has been a community pop up virtual learning facilitator, restaurant manager, and avid volunteer in his community. Outside of his professional work, he has been a special needs inclusion summer camp counselor and an active youth leader in his church. Manny is a Registered Behavior Technician with college coursework in education and psychology.

Mary Mangione is a coach for school building leaders specializing in restorative practices, trauma-invested schools, school-based mental health interventions, and multi-tiered systems of support. She has been a private tutor for students with special needs, mentor for a social services organization, substance abuse case manager, teacher of outlier student populations, and assistant principal and principal of specialized and public alternative schools. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, eating great food, providing taxi services for her two sons, binging Netflix, and is an active yogi. Mary is an Administrative Coach for Building Leaders with her Bachelors in Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Graphic Design and Painting, Master of Arts in Special Education, and Master of Arts in Principal Leadership.

Richard Van Acker is a nationally recognized expert in the field of special education specializing in troubled youth, emotional and behavioral disorders, violence prevention, cognitive behavioral interventions, and social interactions between students and teachers. He has been a consultant, professor, researcher, clinical director, program director, educator, and child care worker along the continuum from public through residential educational settings. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys close relationships with his family and exploring archaeological sites. Rick has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology, a Master of Arts in Medical Anthropology, a Masters of Social Work, and a Doctor of Education in Special Education.
